Four years in telecommunications — network engineering (GPON, DWDM, IP networking), project coordination, and technical operations. I run network deployment and migration projects, coordinating with teams across Singapore and internationally.

- Coordinated with Nokia vendors to resolve IP, GPON and Optics issues.
- Installed and commissioned Nokia OLTs across various Telephone Exchanges and new access switch at power substations.
- Produced project update deck and a consolidated "one-glance" equipment overview to improve network planning visibility.
- Coordinated network infrastructure setup for Innotech and GovWare 2024.
- Delivered small improvement project (patch panel and fibre remediation) that reduced per-site replacement turnaround time from ~2 hours to ~15 minutes.
