I've spent four years in telecommunications, working across network engineering (GPON, DWDM, IP networking), project coordination and technical operations. I run network deployment and migration projects and coordinate with teams in Singapore and overseas.
I started teaching myself full-stack development with Next.js, TypeScript and Prisma, and now build production sites for clients alongside my own tools. That includes a project management app, client websites and this resume itself.

- Coordinated with Nokia vendors to resolve IP, GPON and optics issues.
- Installed and commissioned Nokia OLTs across various telephone exchanges and a new access switch at power substations.
- Produced a project update deck and a consolidated at-a-glance equipment overview for network planning.
- Coordinated the network infrastructure setup for Innotech and GovWare 2024.
- Delivered a small improvement project (patch panel and fibre remediation) that reduced per-site replacement turnaround time from ~2 hours to ~15 minutes.
- Planning a proactive refresh of ageing access-switch hardware, working out the rollout sequence and coordinating with internal stakeholders to minimise disruption to operations.

- Coordinated the installation and setup of Huawei DWDM and FiberHome GPON equipment across Singapore.
- Managed the migration of customers from Force10 to FiberHome access switches, planning cutover windows and coordinating with stakeholders.
- Participated in the XGSPON migration project, assisting with equipment staging, configuration and validation.
- Contributed to the closure of a data centre, including decommissioning and asset tracking.
- Assisted with the DWDM migration project, including equipment installation and testing.
- Helped set up a new core infrastructure ring, coordinating site readiness.
- Took part in a network acquisition project, supporting the integration work.

- Led the FiberHome GPON migration project, optimising network capacity by reducing the number of customers per port.
- Deployed to Hong Kong to support a customer's network transformation project, coordinating on-site activities with remote engineers.

- Migrated customers from Zhone to FiberHome GPON equipment, sequencing cutovers to minimise service disruption.
